Resource Section The Office of BMX QLD Inc. is open Tuesday's from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Telephone 07 3245 3012. There is an answering service for calls out of hours but please note the service is only checked on Tuesday's. BMX QLD Inc. has a variety of resources available to assist clubs in running successful events. These include walkie talkies, stereo system and finish line equipment. Please contact the office for details on how to access this equipment. The Office of BMX QLD Inc. is responsible for forwarding all flyers for approval to the relevant Regional Technical Officer (ROD). Clubs are requested to send flyers and officials lists with a $100 bond to the Office at least 6 weeks prior to the event. Flyers and officials lists are checked then forwarded onto the ROD. When the ROD as verified the flyer has passed inspection a copy is sent to the website for publication and also back to the host club via the office.
