BMX QLD Inc. Officiating For the purpose of easier management BMX QLD Inc. is divided into 4 Zones. Each Zone has a BMX QLD Inc. appointed Officiating Director known as Regional Officiating Directors or ROD's for short. Southern Zone is the largest of all the Zones and as such is further divided to assist coverage of a large amount of clubs and members. The Zones and their clubs are: Far North Zone - Burdekin, Mt Isa, Townsville, Innisfail, Atherton, Cairns, Weipa North Zone - Mackay Pioneer, Moranbah, Sarina, Proserpine, Walkerston Central Zone - Bundaberg, Harbour City, Maryborough, Rockhampton Southern Zone, Division 1 - Ashmore, Nerang, Redlands, Beenleigh, Bayside, Logan City, Centenary Plains Southern Zone, Division 2 - Caboolture, Cooloola, Ipswich West Morton, Pine Rivers, Suncoast Hinterland, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast It is the responsibility of the ROD to oversee all areas of Officiating within their Zone and they are the first point of contact for clubs/parents/riders should there be any questioning on rules or regulations.
To find accredited officials in your area please use the following downloads. Should you be an official and find your details to be incorrect in the below tables please contact your Zone ROD. If you are not yet an official and would like to enquire how to become one, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of BMX QLD Inc. The staff there will be happy to direct you to the next Officiating course. All Officials and Volunteers are highly valued as without them we would not be able to host events. All clubs are urged to nominate their officials, coaches and volunteers for State Awards at the BMX QLD Inc. State Wide Awards Dinner held each year at the State Championships. Accredited Officials
